There may be a few possible reasons why you have not yet received a confirmation email for your order.
1 - Your order didn't complete due to a payment issue - check your Purchases for more details
2 - You made a typo in your email address - go to our Help signing in page & choose 'I don't know the email I registered with'
3 - You have 2 accounts - try logging in again with a different email address or through Facebook
4 - Your Spam folder is blocking our emails - add us to your allowed senders list
